✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • Whether in-person or virtual, the training is highly-interactive and participatory. You will be collaborating in small teams to work on real problems to build your understanding of Mobius Navigator and how to use it.

  • Upon successful completion of the two design challenges in class, and the group pitch, as long as you have participated and being in the workshop for 95% of the course, you will receive a Mobius Outcome Delivery Practitioner certificate. This is the starting point to be able to run a team level outcome accelerator workshop.

  • Life happens. We understand that things come up so we make it easy to cancel with a full refund for any reason up to 7 days before the event. After that, it is too late for a refund, but you are free to send someone else in your place.

  • People learn best by applied learning. Instead of a written test, you will experience taking a real-world challenge from Discover to Deliver. At the end of the workshop, we have a group pitch session to playback what you have learned.

  • Your trainer for the workshop

    The workshop will be personally delivered by Gabrielle Benefield, the founder of Mobius. Gabrielle has been an innovation, product, and technology executive, building teams and developing enterprise solutions that have shaped the leading companies in Silicon Valley. Since founding Mobius, Gabrielle has worked with an exceptional list of industry-leading clients spanning multiple industries and countries.

  • Each participant will receive a copy of the Mobius Outcome Delivery Quickstart book for you to take home.

  • No prior learning is required. The course is designed to engage people completely new to Mobius.

  • You will be on your feet for the in-person classes. Be comfortable, but not too comfortable. Jeans and a t-shirt are ok, a dress with long boots is also ok. Pajamas or a mankini would be truly horrifying.

  • A good workshop wouldn’t be complete without some tasty snacks along the way. For in-person classes, we supply a light breakfast, a hot lunch, coffee, tea, and refreshments.

    Unfortunately, we aren’t able to send you food for virtual classes. Since people may be attending from various time zones, we will decide as a class when to take breaks, including lunch. We will give you at least half an hour for lunch.
